BP stands for Basis Point. Basis Point is a unit often used in the financial industry that deals with bond yields and changes in interest rates. 1 Basis Point = 0.01%.
Expressing small changes in interest rates with a decimal point can easily cause mistakes (ex. mishearing 0.01% as 0.1%). Therefore, we use BP so that it can be expressing as an interger instead of a decimal point.
For example, if you "earn 10BP" in this service, your assets will have increased by 0.1%.
The number on the BP card at the top of the dashboard is the total BP enarned.
