The API key and secret can be found on the user's account screen, see below for details on how to create an API.
※You will need to create an account with Bittrex beforehand. If you do not know how to open a Bittrex account, please check here.
1.Access Bittrex with a login and select Account.
2.Select "API Keys" in the sidebar on the left side of your account page.
3.You will see that Two-Factor Authentication is required to create an API, so you will need to do the two-step authentication. Select "Two-Factor Authentication" in the sidebar on the left of the page.
4.On the Two-Factor Authentication screen, first install the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone or tablet. You can find it by searching for "Google Authenticator" in the App store or Google play. ※Important:Be sure to keep a copy of your Security Key, as you will need it in case you are unable to use Google Authenticator.
5.After installation, open the Google Authenticator app on your smartphone or tablet, click the + button and select Scan barcode to scan the barcode displayed on the Bittrex two-step verification screen. Once scanned, Google Authenticator will display the six-digit number used for Bittrex's two-step verification.
6.Enter the six-digit code in the "Input your 6-digit authenticator code" field under ④Enter the 6 digit ... on the 2-step verification screen and click Enable 2FA. When you click on it, a screen will appear asking you to check your email.
7.An authentication email will be sent to your email address, click on the URL provided.
8.When you click on the URL, a screen for two-step verification will appear. Enter the 6-digit number displayed on the Google Authenticator app in the "Input your 6-digit authenticator code" field. ※The number displayed in Google Authenticator is updated every 30 seconds, so it may be different from the number you entered in step 6.
9.If there are no problems with the numbers, the two-step verification setup is complete. Once completed, select the API keys tab on the account screen.
10.Create the API key and Secret in the API keys section of the account screen. On the API KEYS screen, click Add new key.
11.Select the use of the API key. Select READ INFO and TRADE, and click Save here. ※Check the READ INFO and TRADE checkboxes only. ※Never check WITHDRAW due to safety concerns.
12.You will be asked for two-step verification again, so enter the 6-digit number that appears in the Google Authenticator app in the "Authenticator Code" field. ※The number displayed in Google Authenticator is updated every 30 seconds, so it may be different from the number you entered in step 8.
13.The two-step verification has passed and your API key and Secret have been created.Copy the strings displayed in the Key and Secret fields on the API KEYS screen and paste them into the API Key and Secret fields in Step 1 of Choja's bot server settings.
